Covid-19: Office safety precautions in effect during the pan

Our office is taking the following precautions to protect our clients and staff:

Office seating in the waiting room has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.

Our staff and lawyers will wear masks in common areas, and in other areas where social distancing cannot be observed.

Our lawyers and staff will maintain safe distancing where possible, and will wear masks when safe distancing cannot be observed.

Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available at the building entrance on the ground floor, on the reception counter and at other various locations within the office space.

We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.

We ask all clients to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.

Commonly touched items and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

Physical contact is not permitted.

Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.

Meeting rooms are thoroughly disinfected after each client meeting.
