Our Approach

At Krystle Gill Family Law, we work to ensure that you understand the legal framework that exists in BC and the range of options available to you in your individual situation.  Krystle Gill is committed to helping individuals and families create a positive path forward into the future, even in these uncertain times.

About Krystle

I practice family law, and I am passionate about justice and finding efficient solutions to legal issues. I believe that conflict is something that does not have to be a negative experience, but can be a transformational one.

I am committed to finding practical, pragmatic and innovative solutions for clients that are efficient and cost-effective, and I recognize that negotiation, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes are beneficial alternatives to litigation for most clients. However, some disputes cannot be decided without litigation and I work with individual clients to find the solution that will work best for them in light of their personal circumstances and varying concerns.

I am also committed to empowering clients in their legal needs by working with, rather than just for, them.

I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BA in International Relations in 2006, and with a JD from UBC Law in 2009.  I have worked and lived in Victoria since 2010, and can often be found hiking in the beautiful forests around Vancouver Island with my husband, two children, and dog.
